Today I’m sharing the Stampers Delights Chibi March release. You can find the entire February release here. This card uses the Chibi – Tea Cup Cuties Bunny Girl digital stamp.
Isn’t she so cute? Look at that fabulous hair! I couldn’t wait to color it!
I decided to go blonde with Y21, YR23, and Y28. I wanted to give her a fun, glittery background that wouldn’t distract too much and let her shine. So I got out my gelli plate and had some fun with Distress Oxide ink and glitter acrylic paint.
First, I covered the gelli plate in Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide and printed the pattern from one of my embossing folders. Then I did the same with glitter paint and another embossing folder. I ended up with multiple backgrounds to save for later.
Here’s a close up shot, so you can see the glitter in the background and the Stickles on her bows. I also added Wink of Stella to her hair.
